I had an appointment for Saturday to have an MRI , I came in and they told me I'm not scheduled for an apoointment. They call someone to verify, he/she says yes but it's for the 18th. Fine im on my way to the appointment and being in such a rush i forgot my ID and medical card. I call to see if it's going to be an issue and im told AGAIN that im not scheduled for an appointment today. Not only they said I wasn't scheduled they tell me that i cancelled it myself... That's some B.S. smh
