Dealers need to be trained, making too many mistakes. Players started getting frustrated and stated the facts that dealers need to be trained better. I was part of the group who expressed frustration and was told that I need to keep my comments to myself by someone who didn't introduce himself and didn't inquire about what had happened! They have no sense of customer service, can't wait until another casino opens up!
