Me and my friend arrived in a room with a very strong cigarette smell. Even though at the time of check-in, confirm, even when we complained, the officers were very confident that the room we occupied was a non smoking room. At the time of check out, we were assured that the room we occupied was smoking room (from a different officer). Obviously, we were very disappointed, because our health was disturbed. How can officers provide incorrect information?
