Seriously poor hotel and an embarrassment to the b...

Seriously poor hotel and an embarrassment to the brand. Dilapidated building crawling towards a well needed demolition.
Poorly appointed room was clean at least but compliments very bad, not even a complementary bottle of water.
The corridor outside the rooms smell like a chemical toilet with empty takeaway boxes not cleared for a day.
The swimming pool complex was in the same condition as the rest of the hotel and the hot spa was unavailable.
Looking at the occupancy level it's not just my opinion......
Crowne plaza promotes itself as a high quality hotel but this is anything but.
