Really these guys are completely unprofessional. Even if they don't know about IT culture. Those people don't know how to behave and how to communicate with employees. That manager "charan"how he became a manager without knowledge of management and communications skills. He want you behave as a beggar in front of client manager. What Client will tell and what client want to do..it should professional or personal you should do.if you will not do next day you will get fired. Please don't attend interview and such a stupid organization.
