Same experience as some of the others here. Incorrect / incorrect final bill received what I raised and then I no longer get any response. Requests by registered letter for a specification of the costs, which is required by law, are casually ignored. Subsequently, the final account is passed on to a collection agency, which then also ignores the registered letter. Customer service refuses to do anything with it because it would be the responsibility of the final inspector, but he ignores all communication.
