In short, couldn't ask for better service and selection. Highly recommended.

I came in there looking like I was going to rob the place I imagine. Despite this I was greeted very politely and immediately had someone helping me: Alexis and Tim. They showed me around, explained the selection, and took a good chunk of time showing me different rings; even after I gave them my measly budget. I thanked them and told them I need to shop around some more. Still, we kept in contact via email and after a few exchanges, including them finding rings in-store similar to what I found online, I was back and ready to purchase. The exchange was simple and the ring was ready within a week. Like I said, short of giving the jewelry away for free, there's not much else they could've done to make it a better experience.
