Review of Westcott Mazda

I'm very disappointed with the service I received here. Very rarely I write bad reviews, but I have to do it right now because I was basely cheated. In the time of pandemic Mazda company offered a free service of oil change and car cleaning for health care workers. It was a great news for me, because I am a Registered Nurse working full-time in my ninth month of pregnancy fighting for the well being of others. I called the dealership and brought my car for service with my own brand new filter. When I came back to pick up my car, I realized NOTHING was done. They just rinsed the outside of my car under water, interior was not touched, my husband checked the oil and it was dark brown. I spoke to the manager, but he said they did the service that was supposed to be done. I was so upset and frustrated I didn't want to continue the conversation. I just have one simple question to these people - When you bring your loved one to the hospital, is this the service you want for them or you expect honesty and care?
I understand, I cannot complain too much for the free service. However, if you promise to provide a service, please do it and don't waste the time and trust of others. Another thing I wonder about is how many Frontline workers drive their vehicles with bad, dirty oil thinking it's good for another 3000-5000 miles?
