I am new to Clearview Energy but their competitive pricing and green energy led to my decision to change suppliers. Unfortunately when I filled out the let me application I mistakenly left out some pertinent information. Mazen got in touch with me right away and in a very friendly manner, alerted me to the precise information that I needed to provide and where I could find it on my bill. I responded with the information and in less than 24 hours Mazen was back in touch with me to let me know that my application was successfully processed and she welcomed me to the Clearview Energy Family! It's hard to find excellent customer service these days so it was such a pleasure to work with Mazen on my application process.
