My personal experience overall leaves much to be desired. Specifically regarding my adult son and his controlled medication (which he has been taking since childhood and has been incredibly stable on). He is made to feel like a drug addict every single time he calls in for his refill. Now he has to go in for an appointment in order to get his monthly prescription, submit to unnecessary drug and blood testing, and go see a psychologist for confirmation of diagnosis. Did I mention that his condition is stable? He works out of state and can't make it to all of these appointments, so they hold his medication hostage from him. He has been given the run around so much this year that he is finally (mercifully!) transferring his care. We absolutely want nothing to do with BSH services ever again. I would not recommend them to anyone.
