After almost a year, I can finally review these guys. First of all, Al is terrific. He was on the ball and great to communicate with and the actual customs process was hands off and quick. Issues began after that. If you are importing a vehicle, note that the location where they park your vehicle after it is removed from the sea container IS NOT A SAFE LOCATION. Mine was parked on a loading dock ramp out in the open and suffered significant damage ($8,000 worth) by a truck driver. It took me 10 months to resolve this with ICBC. Also, they charged my credit card 6 months after the fact without notifying me. I really wanted to like them but right now I do not feel comfortable enough to use them again for another vehicle import.
