Worst experience ever. Though we paid extra for the view we did not get appropriate room. Room was stinking there was smell on bedsheets, no proper temperature control. We found cigarette buds in balcony. No 1 turned up for house keeping even after going down and requesting for it in the lobby. Come on Waldorf is not meant for this kind of service. I wouldn t recommend any of my friends and family to stay here.
