This place is a scam and should be shut down. We obtained a loan back in 2014. They funded us and was only supposed to take 50 a day. They realized that for a couple of days that they hadn't taken any funds out, So we received a call asking for them to take out a one time withdrawal of 100.00. all of a sudden they started deducting 500.00 a day. called our rep, he apologized and said they would return it and correct it. instead they kept deducting 500.00. we contacted the mgr, he hung up on us. We stopped payment on them. We threatened legal action since they were being rude and unprofessional. Their communication just stopped. It's been 3 years since our issue with no more communication on their side. We applied for a small business loan from what seems to have been a broker. Unknowing that they worked with yellowstone. They received our new banking information from the statements that we had to submit. Well today, we noticed that they without authorization attempted to withdrawal money from our sweep bank account. We bank at a different bank than what they were authorized to withdrawal from. I contacted them regarding this. Again they were rude and said that they could do what they wanted. I told them that they were in breach of contract originally and tried to illegally withdrawal funds from an account they had no authority withdrawal from. The guy was rude, wouldn't give me his name and was like well how would you like to handle this. I said through my attorney.
