Very bad experience. Spent $360 and ended up with wierd eyebrow shapes due to inexperienced Botox injection!!! Now I need go somewhere else to fix it!!! Have been to the place several times and every time something unexpected happened. The male nurse never pays attention to what I want to look like. He just did whatever he thinks is good. Did Botox several times, every time they make my eyebrow shape look wierd even I emphasized I don t want them to change my eyebrow shape. The male nurse did it anyway. I came back asking him to fix it and he did something quickly which didn t change anything. This has happened twice. He is very impatient and never listens. The last time filler injection was a nightmare as well. I asked him to fix my laughing line and he ended up injected my upper lips.

He doesn t listen. He doesn t care to listen. I am done with this facility and their sugar land location. If you want to go to somewhere people care about how you look after injection, this is not the place.
