We purchased flooring from MacDonald's Hardwoods when we remodeled a new home we purchased. We went with MacDonald's because we thought they would have superior products and service plus we wanted to buy local.

Wow were we wrong. The product that was recommended to us, and we purchased, is of inferior quality. The problem is that the finish is not durable, it scratches very easily. And we are very careful with the floor, we do not allow our dog in the home or where shoes in the home. The floor scratches so easily that we have to tell everyone that enters to be super careful.

And the worse part is their service or lack thereof. When we told them about this...they basically couldn't care less. First they ignored our calls, then they finally came out to take pics but did nothing with them, then we got the BBB involved they took pics again and then lied and said that it was due to our dog. Shame. Beware of this company...poor products and even worse customer support was our experience.
