Missed the cutoff for prime rib last visit so we had to come back. Showed up early and we ordered the much coveted prime rib and it did not disappoint. Tender, juicy and oily. A little less flavor than I had anticipated but complemented well with a smooth, savory au jus and a dollop of creamed horseradish for that extra kick. Listed at an enormous 22oz, but a good chunk of it was fat. I'd be complaining more if it wasn't enough but we struggled to finish it so no harm, no foul. Well worth the wait and having to show up early.
