We recently used Custom Coach for our wedding & we had a excellent day! The ride was clean, fast, reliable & our driver was awesome. No complaints on the day of our wedding.

The only snag we had was the communication prior to our event. After booking, they were hard to get ahold of & our calls to the company went unanswered. The week before our wedding, we had to be more proactive confirming all the details then executed. They were our only wedding vendor we had this issue with. However, once we did get everything confirmed- our service went off without a hitch. So all-in-all, we were happy.
