The technician who serviced my rental property, Devon, is a skilled professional. He arrived on time, wore protective gear and did an amazing job. He thoroughly and meticulously inspected all three levels of the property and was able to identify entry points for mice. He closed off these entry points and performed all five of the services described in the contract for the initial visit. He pointed out things to me and explained the reason for performing each step of the service. I was very pleased with the service provided and the level of professionalism displayed by Devon. I look forward to having him return on follow up service visits.
