RAW is a great place to train and get excellent advice about nutrition and strength and conditioning training. At my initial assessment both Jeremy and my coach Lou were keen to make sure that my program was specifically tailored to meet my basic goals. By following the nutrition plan and training hard with Lou I got great results and significantly lowered my weight and body fat. More than that I got fantastic tips and advice from Lou on how to perform exercises correctly to make sure that every set and every rep counts. Lou's enthusiasm, sense of humour and no BS approach combined with the great equipment and atmosphere at RAW meant that I looked forward to every session, even the dreaded conditioning day!
