I ordered an office chair with a delivery of 5 working days which took 3 weeks and several phone calls, most were unanswered and I contacted them via email. I have now had the chair two weeks, you can feel the wooden base where the cushion seat is very poor and it feels that you are being tipped forward all the time. Today two caster wheels snapped off. I have tried ringing this company but again no answer so pressed 1 for a call back but so far nothing. I have also use their contact page to try and get an answer. I wished I had read the reviews first, I would never have used them. This was a Skye high back, black leather faced executive chair.
