Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, near Dubai mall and the metros and plenty of taxis waiting by to take your money (happily). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick to cater to our needs. They gave an amazing city view room on the 18th floor and gave us a happy anniversary complimentary cake in our room which was nice. The room size was huge and very clean. The prices are affordable. The only downside is that you need to pay for any items you use from the minibar fridge which is silly really, as this is the first time I encountered this on my travels. Overall great hotel and I would come back again due to the location and service and room size is great.
