VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST

What a disheartening experience I received today and I am shocked that a private GP practice receptionist acted worse than one that works for the NHS! Jas was extremely rude, unfriendly and unprofessional ; working in the medical industry myself I was disgusted to see such bad service. She treated me with attitude, was very short and abrupt when answering my questions and was facetiming somebody whilst dealing with me !

The first GP I was treated by was fantastic however the second needs to realise that we are paying for this service and he is not doing us any favours to explain our blood test results to us.
