Charged my card twice for the same $80 transaction...

Charged my card twice for the same $80 transaction and when I call the business to be reimbursed they refused even though I provided my bank statement. I will never come back to this establishment if this is the way they treat their customers. I imagine I am not the only person this has happened to.
