The service manager, Scott, found a huge nail in my left rear tire. He told me about the special they were offering (buy 3 get one free!!) on tires...and, I was in need of tires. I got 4 new Michelin tires, an alignment, 2 new filters, and a car wash for $1,000!! It was a great deal and a wonderful experience. I felt that Scott was genuinely looking out for my best interests and was not trying to "up sell" me one bit.
