We already have to reschedule the key handover because they are late and slow to assess. The 1st assessment has been approved, but the 2nd assessor finds it necessary to request all additional documents and then place the application at the bottom of the stack. Already a week later and no response yet.

I have now had telephone contact with BijBouwe in which they neatly told their side of the story. It is to their credit that they take complaints seriously. It is now clear why there have been delays. The mortgage is now complete and we will receive the key in a few days.
