I got a letter telling me to pay money but never states what the money is for or what payment i might have missed, so i log in to their website and under "grounds of claim" it is empty. IF YOU SEND ME A BILL I WANT TO KNOW WHAT I M PAYING FOR!!! + opening times are horribl.
