1. Because of a change of date, I had to book a new one, which was available on the Internet for 140 euros. Because I had to book by phone, the night suddenly cost 170 euros. :-(
2. On arrival I was informed that the SPA area was closed. Why is this not on the website No compensation offered :-(
3. There was a large air conditioning unit on the house opposite. Open window, way too loud. A hint would have been nice :-(
