Mark Herron and his crew, Travis and Larry, were spectacular. We had our floors done last week, and we are ecstatic! From the initial consultation with Mark in my home and at the showroom, to the time of completion of the project, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The communication from Mark and the crew was fantastic - it's so hard to find that these days! When there was a little snafu with the flooring materials upon installation, Mark came out to the site to look into it personally. The matter was remedied within hours and the project kept moving ahead. We were kept informed every step of the way so we were never left to wonder what was going on. While I understand that complications happen in all construction/renovation projects, it's how they are handled that speaks volumes about a business. I cannot recommend Classique Floors and Mark Herron enough. If you need anything flooring related, please do not hesitate to call them.
