Maybe their business work, client relationship is good. But the way they handle interviewee is not at all professional!. They asked me to come for HR round after 3 rounds of technical. When I go next day, they made me to wait for 45 mins. Later HR came and said, "just after calling u we interviewed another guy and we hired him". They can hire whoever they want, but they are obligated to update me this. I cancelled my trip and drove 2hr to Hakuna Matata.
What rights do they have to waste my time or anybody else's for that matter?

And she said that without any regret, HRs are recruitment facilitators, but unfortunately there is a big void in that area. Let alone, professionalism
