Twin star customer service is absolutely horrible....

Twin star customer service is absolutely horrible. In nearly 2 months of my having to call multiple times; I received no updates and only run around, finally to have a response they cannot help me.

I cannot state enough, if you buy a twin-star product; pray you do not need customer service. They are USELESS
