Because the bistro was being refurbished we were downstairs in a cold room without windows ,the food was okay ,we could have had the same meal for half that cost ,you pay for the atmosphere at the Balmoral ,if you do not get that eat elsewhere ,

Last year we had afternoon tea in the palm court ,a wonderful experience ,
