The staff were to busy to have a conversation when asked a question and always answered abruptly! The rooms are extremely over priced, the breakfast in a bag was pathetic, cold and not worth stating "included in the price" !! Especially when the Premier Inn next door offered guests a proper breakfast! All in all wouldn't want to stay again a freezing room that wasn't that clean anyway!!!
