I pre ordered a set of hawk climbing sticks. Then i read the reviews and realized that they are having a bunch of issues. I cancled my order right away. I even sent a second email to confirm cancellation. They proceeded to charge me a week later. And then ship them to my house anyway. When I call to ask about the return they are telling me I am liable for return shipping costs. This is not a good company to do business with.
