My mother has been here for a few months now and I have witnessed a true level of caring from all staff members, however unfortunately the same cannot be said for management. I have witnessed Beth, the director of nursing ridicule staff and just be down right rude and disrespectful to staff as well as family members. It's a wonder that the staff is able to maintain a positive environment for patients when dealing with a lack of professionalism and disrespect from management and I use the word management instead of leadership for a reason. Staff turnover appears to be extremely high and I can only imagine that the cause is the fact that the director of nursing does not treat anyone with respect including staff, patients and family members. As a professional I understand that turnover costs money and this woman is costing this company an arm and a leg due to her inability to keep staff. I cannot imagine that a place like this is desirable to work in so making staff miserable is not a good way to keep quality workers.
