The assistance on land is appalling. Unfortunately I did not receive good attention from ground staff. They forced me to pass my belongings to a plastic bag and throw away my suitcase. The seats are not reclining. They charge everything on the plane, they don't give you a complimentary glass of water. I will not use their services again or recommend them to anyone. I understand why they receive a rating is 1 star. 0 stars is not possible.
