They have bad apples that spoil their bunch. I've had encounters with some their personnel, that left me wondering what kind of integrity do these men have? It seems to be little to none. Situations where an officer would give misleading information so his job is easier, and because they are controlling the situation you can't do anything about it. To file a complaint is far easy and not possible to do. Who is accountable for the actions of the staff?
