I took my girlfriend here that is hooked on meds and other things. I booked her in was on the list to contact her she called me every day 4 and 5 times and things got progressively worse in her tone harassing phone calls etc. I thought hey shes drying out good its all BS. But then one day she called saying she was going to come home. I said i wanted to talk to the Dr. she got mad hung up the phone. I figured more withdraw BS. So I called again to speak to the Dr. she heard I was on the phone and hung it up ? So i call back the man answering the phone swore he would get them to call me back It has been 2 days. So I call back speak with him again. he says "yea i remember you they are really lazy here, I told them to call you I will tell them again" this is recorded as all my phone calls are. I then find out through a mutual friend she changed the contact PIN and took me off the visitor list because i didn't believe her. How is this even possible Great job !!

Bottom line You will never get a returned call from anybody at this hospital about the progress or otherwise of your loved one. You should run a hospital like a hospital not a prison that just collects government checks til the money runs out.
