I completely understand why this place gets such bad reviews, me and the wife and a day in London decided to pop along to Covent Garden. Spoke to one of the waiters for a free table outside they clearly don t have any kind of process he was somewhat noncommittal. We waited 20 minutes and ask table became free somebody else just walked up and sat down I explained to the staff what happened and they said there was nothing they could do about it. However after now reading some reviews looks like we definitely dodged a bullet. See in life things happen for a reason.
