Made appointments both times to have my Jeep looked at. The first time they had it for over two hours and just started to look at it before I needed to leave. The 2nd time they charged me $130 to tell me I had two other options because they really didn t know where the problem starts. Somehow they managed to not connect the antennae back and now I have no radio or Sirius. When I texted Megan back after her asking about my experience she never replied back about the antennae issue. Wasted 130.
