I worked very briefly for the Esprit group a few years ago and had a terrible experience. Low paid training, and when it got to an actual job, we were asked to turn up 2 HOURS before the shift started to get though security at the Lords Cricket Ground - UNPAID. Out of the goodness of our hearts. Ridiculous. When I mentioned how unfair this was and requested payment for their expectation to management, I was FIRED because they didn t want me to spread this message to the other staff. Ridiculous norms, taking advantage of hard working people. Not a recommended employer.
