My overall experience good except for the last day. After checking out.
That this happened k then I write to you so that it does not happen to any of them. After sending this email and calling the hotel, I still haven't had any response.
Hello I am writing to you to report that I have been staying in room 873 from 12 to 23 of this month (today)
Once we had checked out, we left the suitcase in storage and we also left the bag with the number 14966. But I had left 60 in cash k it was the only money in euros I had to take a taxi to get to my house once I arrived at Spain and my surprise is k checking at the JFK Airport IT WAS NOT THE 60.
It seems to me a lack of respect and privacy to search, much less search and take money from the purse. Thank God the dollars were with me.
It is a shame that this happens in a hotel where we have felt so good and have such a sad and ugly ending.

If it's any use to them, it was a cute man and a thin black man who took our luggage.

No other matter.
