This may sound negative and a little confusing, given the 5-star rating. I am giving this company the benefit if doubt for good cause. Albeit, don't be surprised if they don't respond to messages as they have a chat bot. It's probably just to screen non-clients so extremely cost-saving automation. A U.S. Post Office AND an intersection as their office location pictured in Google Maps? My intuition tells me these people likely secretly work for a government agency or law enforcement and so that's why the very non-public and essentially non-existent profile.
