Michael A. In service was great! Pleasure to deal with and just a great guy! Now the bad news with Jm! Be careful purchasing a used Lexus especially the older Ls models. Put only 104000 miles on it and transmission is no good they say! After I already paid 1600 then they tell me I have to pay another 3000.00 to fix it!!! One would think when you charge 80000.00 for a car the transmission would last more then 100000 miles. Apparently I was mistaken!!!!! After doing some research it turns out this has happened to more people then just me!!!!!! Shame on you Lexus! Thought you were better then that!!!! Anyhow I learned my lesson from buying from them! Just hope the other car that I bought from them last longer then this one!!
