VERY DISSATISFIED with the management of my reques...

VERY DISSATISFIED with the management of my request for reimbursement of lessons given at lunchtime
1. the room where the lessons are given closes on December 20, 2018 (which I was not informed about when I registered in October): first disappointment!
2.I am invited to use my tickets before December 20: being convalescent it is impossible for me
3.I must provide a medical certificate to justify my reimbursement request while other registrants in perfect health do not have to provide proof ...
4. I am finally told a refund in mid January: having received nothing to date, I am relaunching
5. I receive a response telling me that the processing is complex (a bank transfer in 2019 is complex?) And that therefore I will be reimbursed ... MID MARCH ???
It is absolutely ABNORMAL that the refund period is so long - if I make a purchase on the internet and the item does not fit I return it and get my refund promptly!
