Shopped for many years at this store, mostly satisfied with product and price points.
However one of the part owners with gotie beard made our last two visits miserable by comenting how out of control our kids are. The tip of the iceberg was when he talked to my spouse why are you still here,? Where is your husband, he had his skis picked up 10 minutes ago, you should be out of here long ago .
I guess looking around to buy more goods is not appreciated with kids in tow. They are active, yes but not out of control and supervised. None of the other staff had an issue with them.
What an insult to your customer who bought another pair of skies, hockey stick and other several smaller things that day.
So sorry we spent too long in your store. Perhaps we should shop elsewhere in future.
