As I sat in the ER for 5 hours trying to explain my friend had pneumonia. People with masks on that we're not giving instructions on how to use them and therefore did not use them properly so no benefits the rest of us in the room! Really! Communicate! A group of nurses that were overworked, overwhelmed and a few of them snippy. I realize they were doing the best they could do but there has to be a better way than being checked three times put in four different waiting rooms and not seeing an actual doctor for 6 hours is absolutely ridiculous on Friday starting at 11 a.m.!!!! God help is all if a pandemic were to come here! Dissappointing to say the least
