I've worked with Pete Michalski for 2 years now at Madison Computer Works. The first time he helped me my email wasn't working and it was a serious problem. He switched me over to Microsoft 365. I haven't had a problem since. I can't say enough about Pete, Brian and the MCW staff. They are amazingly accessible and fast with their customer service. I highly recommend MCW and Pete. I called today with a problem connecting my phone to my laptop and basically he said come on in and he'll fix it on the fly. I know they can't do that all the time for everyone, but the way they handle their customer service is exceptional. I'll continue to buy from them and recommend Madison Computer Works.
