Overall a great experience. The technicians did a great job very thorough even found a nail in my tire and made a quick repair. Always nice when everything goes smooth. Thanks again for the great service!

Difficult review because I honestly loved the staff, BUT when I got home from the service my car started leaking oil into my driveway. And not like a small amount, it probably leaked ~2 liters of engine oil. I checked the dipstick and it seemed fine, but the next day my warning light came on so I went back to Valvoline to ensure something wasn t forgotten. After being greeted at entry, I explained the situation and was asked to wait, which is what I did... for 30 minutes (only car in line). Ultimately the guy was super nice and confirmed that the drain bolt wasn t tightened appropriately. they fixed the loose cap.
Like I said, enjoyed the staff but completely not the best time or Value. Coupon for $46 still brought my oil change to $45 (full premium) which is only ~$15 less than Firestone. Big difference is that Firestone doesn t waste the time. So... wouldn t recommend this location. Coupon or no, it s not a good use of time.

I love coming here for my oil changes.The team especially the general manager is always friendly and professional. I received great customer service and they completed the service in a timely fashion.

Service is quick and communication is excellent. Purchased a Groupon voucher. My car needs few more qts than 5qts offered by the voucher. They have explained me how much extra I need to pay for that extra oil and other checks they offered to perform.

I've gone here a few times for an oil change. With Covid you just stay in your car while they change your oil. It was an option before, but I never did it. The people who seviced my car were really helpful and friendly. I had gotten an email coupon and it was easily redeemed. I would definitely go back.

KB and his staff are friendly and accommodating. After a minor mistake during an oil change, they worked with me a month after the fact to get it resolved at no cost to me. Mistakes happen and the way KB handled it put me at ease and resulted in me staying as a customer.
