I had the great opportunity to develop myself both professionally and personally during my 4.5 years at TSN. The team is lead with an endless pursuit of building a culture that stays true to the company's principles.
The executive team truly cares about the employees and are willing to go to any length to help them advance. The management is open to change, using creativity to solve complex issues while empowering the team to do the same. Promotions are held within the company in an interview-like process. Performance and integrity are of upmost importance during this evaluation process, not tenure. This is no company for individuals who are along for the ride or just another job, those individuals who are not putting forth the effort and seek to grow are let go quickly.
TSN serves a number of large corporations and high end clients with several multi-officer operations while making sure their culture blends seamlessly.
The room for expansion within the company and industry is one to highly consider when choosing a career path. TSN offers health insurance, direct deposit, and continual tactical training to their full time employees along with firearm, ammunition, and local gym discounts as additional perks.
