I visited Palmer & Co last Thursday for the first time with a few friends. We grabbed a few drinks and left. Since we really liked and enjoyed the drinks and vibe, we decided to visit the place on Friday. I understand it's the start to the weekend and get's crowded which is normal. But, we were extremely disappointed with the bruschetta we ordered. It looked like the chef had no time and was tired of doing his/her job by producing a slice of bread with diced tomatoes and cut cucumbers with some sort of cream which had absolutely no taste. I could for sure make a better salad at home and didn't need to pay as much as we did to eat tomatoes and cucumbers from a bar. I wished I had taken a pic to show you what it looked like.
Absolutely disappointed.
